 SIMS End of Year Procedures Seminar: Primary and Primary Special Schools: South

 

 

Primary / Primary Special

We are pleased to invite representatives from your school to attend our SIMS Primary End of Year (EOY) seminars.  These will demonstrate some of the key procedures incorporated within the 2018/2019 end of year routines. The seminars will last approximately 1.5 hours. 

Two delegate places are included free of charge as part of your school’s MIS Support Subscription and are booked on a first come, first served basis -additional spaces can be made available at £60 per person.

 

Outline:  Staff new to the responsibility of performing the End of Year procedures for Primary, First, Nursery and Special (not using Nova-T6) schools are invited to these seminars which will last approximately 1.5 hours. There will be no charge for these seminars. Places are limited to two members of staff from each school and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Description: These seminars will cover:

  • Creating the new academic year 2019/2020 in SIMS
  • Amending the Pastoral Structure (if required).
  • Assigning all students to their new registration groups in SIMS
  • Importing an ATF from the Local Authority/importing CTFs.

Outcome:  These seminars will enable you to:

  • Successfully complete the End of Year Process in SIMS
  • Assign all students to their correct 2019/2020 registration groups ready for the start of term in September.

Audience:  This seminar is suitable for School Staff with responsibility for the Academic End of Year Procedures in SIMS

Time: 10:00 a.m – 11:30 a.m.

Venue: Midlands Art Centre, Cannon Hill Park, Queen's Ride, Birmingham B12 9QH
