| An integrated approach to delivering enhanced ICT solutions for learning and knowledge | |
Link2ICT (formally Learning and Culture IT within Birmingham City Council) is a division of Service Birmingham, an innovative strategic partnership between Birmingham City Council and the Capita Group. With a clear focus on learning and knowledge for all ages, Link2ICT provide IT solutions and support for Schools, Adult and Youth, Libraries, Museums and Arts. Through our corporate approach, we deliver joined up solutions for connectivity and contribute to a city wide e-learning and community IT strategy to support a learning city for all. We work closely with the Directorate of Children, Young People and Families and Directorate of Adults and Communities to enable them to deliver the transformational benefits that IT can make to improve the outcomes of children, young people and adults. Through the development of our AQUA range of software products, we are recognised as a market leader in supplying Adult Education software to local authorities in England and have extensive experience in the development of systems for the management of learner data servicing over 80 authorities. Our close partnership with external agencies such as Becta, DfES, LSC and specialist associates coupled with extensive knowledge and understanding of the nature of your work means that we are well placed to deliver the appropriate technology solutions to meet not just today s needs but assist IT planning into the future. |
