Link2ICT are working with our partner to deliver this Microsoft Azure Fundamentals course. This course will introduce delegates to cloud computing and how to build on the Windows Azure Platform. You will learn about Windows Azure compute and storage and SQL Azure. Delegates will learn how to build applications for Microsoft computing environment. 

Course aims and objectives:

This training offers ‘hands on’ experience and delegates will learn how to:

  • Identify cloud computing principles
  • Identify the features of Microsoft Azure
  • Manage an Azure subscription and Azure using management tools
  • Create and manage virtual machines, web apps and cloud services
  • Create and manage virtual networks, cloud storage and AD infrastructure in Azure
  • Provide an understanding of options for Azure databases

Pre-requisites:

Delegates must have a basic understanding of virtualisation, an understanding of Active Directory concepts, domains, users, domain controllers, and database concepts including tables and simple queries.   These skills can be obtained by attending Windows Server Administration and Hyper V Management.

This is a two day course.
