Management Information Systems (MIS) Support

Our MIS Support ensures you have access to all the information required to not only manage your MIS but also to administer the best fit for your school business and processes. We deliver this through our service desk, training sessions, workshops, user groups, focused forums and guidance notes.

MIS support is available to:find out sticker purple

  • SIMS Schools
  • All schools that purchase the SIMS annual entitlement through Link2ICT
  • Academies and Free schools that have purchased a licence direct from Capita Children’s Services, but have had the installation, configuration, data migration and training delivered through Link2ICT

MIS Training

Most scheduled MIS training is included as part of your chosen MIS licence, subscribed to through Link2ICT, however some courses are chargeable, please contact us to find out more.

MIS Upgrades 

Scheduled releases and patches for your MIS software updates are included as part of the MIS support service. This includes installation guidance, release notes and details of issues fixed.
